Visitors are welcome to explore our lakes and 4 acre woodland. Wildlife is in abundance; Kingfishers, Woodpeckers, Deer and foxes to name but a few.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in one of our four comfortable Self Catering Cottages each with their own private garden and drive. Set in peaceful rolling Devon countryside within 20 minutes of the North Cornwall Coast where you can explore secluded coves all linked by the South West Coastal Path.
Our visitors are welcome to walk around the lakes and woodlands and enjoy the beautiful views and wild life.
For our fishing visitors we have 4 lakes well stocked with Carp up to 20lbs, Tench, Bream, Crucian Carp and Roach Or enjoy an envigorating game of tennis on our grass tennis court.
