A large nicely furnished semi-detached farmhouse attached to our house.  This cottage has a large private garden area with furniture and parking for two cars.  Further parking available close by.

Ground floor

• Large lounge/diner with seating for 8 and large dining table and chairs and large woodburners
• TV with freeview and DVD player also radio/cd player
• Kitchen with electric double oven cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer
• Utility room with washing machine
• NEW FOR 2008:  downstairs shower room with power shower in large cubicle and separate wc accessed from living room.

First floor

• Bedroom 1 (accessed through bedroom 4) has king size bed and cot
• Bedroom 2 has double bed
• Bedroom 3 has two single beds
• Bedroom 4 has full sized bunk beds
• Bathroom has bath with power shower over, wc and basin.

Full central heating and hot water included in the rental.
The first basket of logs for the woodburner is included with further logs available at £5 per bag.
Electric and Wifi now included in rental.

Dogs

Two dogs welcome. £20 per dog, per booking. Please note: Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottages.
